SeeResin is operated by 1576829 B.C. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. References to "SeeResin", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to 1576829 B.C. LTD.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeeResin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

SeeResin is an AI-powered visualization tool that lets users upload a photo of a space and generate a preview of how that space could look with a resin or epoxy floor of their chosen style, color and finish. The Service includes:

  • Image upload and AI floor rendering (requires credits)
  • A library of resin styles, colors and finishes
  • Before / after comparison and downloads
  • A personal gallery of your saved renders

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Credits and Payments

AI renders require credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service:

  • 1 credit = $1 USD
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire
  • The credit cost of a render is displayed before use

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload images you do not have the right to use
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the renders generated for your account. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this content to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Generate AI renders for your account
  • Store your renders so they are available in your gallery

You confirm that you have the rights to any image you upload.

8. AI-Generated Content

Renders produced by the Service are AI-generated visualizations intended for illustrative and inspirational purposes only. They are approximations and should not be considered:

  • An exact or guaranteed representation of a finished installation
  • A precise match of color, texture, sheen or material behavior
  • A substitute for physical samples or professional consultation

Actual results vary based on substrate, materials, installer, lighting and other conditions. Always confirm final selections with physical samples and a qualified flooring professional before purchasing materials or commissioning work.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated renders will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • Results from acting on a render are guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1576829 B.C. LTD. (operating as SeeResin) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on a render.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 1576829 B.C. LTD. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
